Great team. Great service. Hannah was incredibly helpful last week and was open and honest about what results I could expect given the extent of the damage. Tony did a fantastic job. Even better than I had hoped for. The carpet is as good as new.

The follow up phone call to Hannah was the deciding factor. It gave me peace of mind that I had made the right choice. She was superb in every way, from her honesty about expectations from your service to going through details in full...Also, her professional manner without being pushy was like a breath of fresh air (a rare commodity in this modern world!). When I phoned this week to go ahead with the protection of my couches, I spoke with another lady, Joni who again was super. Tony arrived and did his job with efficiency and speed. He too was a lovely man with respect shown for me and my home. His disposition was easy mannered whilst getting on with the job. Your company shows you care in your actions and not just in your words – that is priceless!

The cleaning was great, very happy with the result. Found you guys online after we had previously had an unsatisfactory job done from another company. After some research we settled with Aqua-Dry. Very pleased with the decision. Very happy initially with prompt responses and quick quotes. Dan was very friendly, and knew exactly what to do in terms of the cleaning approach.
