Rajiv Gandhi Memorial College is located at Lengtisinga, P.O.- Lengtisinga, P.S.- Abhayapuri, under the North Salmara Sub – division in Bongaigaon District, Assam. This premier Institution of higher learning has been established in the memory of our beloved leader Late Prime Minister, Rajiv Gandhi as a mark of respect to his ideology, It was with the then initiative of Late Chandan Kr. Sarkar the youth committed leader accompanied by relentless and unstinted efforts of some eminent personalities of the localities the Institution formally received shape on 11th October, 1992.
