Message From Founder Principal About the grooming of children Rotnogorva Maa Farida Zaman;s simple words were, “Every child in the society can become a jewel through good health and right directions” . Being her last child I, Ferdousi Begum, have taken the responsibility to guide your children in the right direction. Like many others, I did not opt to be a big shot in the society. Instead, I entered in teaching profession with an aim to build the society . I would like to mention in context - Napoleon Bonaparte’s memorable quote, “Give ma an educated mother, I will give you an educated nation”. In this case, “Rotnogorva Farida Zaman School & College” will give you an educated mother and will give you a well-educated nation as a gift Insha’Allah.

Farid Begum , who believed that education can solve all the problems of society by hard working under the proper guidance of the proper guidance of the good teacher’s was born on 12 July 1943 during Subhe-Sadik (bright dawn) at Narayanpur, Nabinagar, Brahmanbaria. She got wedded on Wednesday, 14 August 1957 with a very intelligent and educated youngman Md. Nuruzzaman of Alamnagar of snme Po Nabinagar . As written in Tagore’s novel Shesher Kabita - good thing are good because of the limit, our Rotno gorva Maa also left us suddenly at the age of 69 years o Wednesday, 04 April 2012. She is burried at Army Graveyard Banani, May her soul rest in peach at heaven , Ameen . Rotnogorva Maa (Late) Farida Zaman had been an ‘Institution’ by herself, not only alone individual. She became so by her belief on Almighty , sincerre efforts, continuous endeavors, selfless devotion, entrepreneurial traits and unparallel leadership. “Rotnogorva Farida Zaman School & College” (RFZSC) is proud of this eponym (naming of the institution from a great personality) and pays tributes to the departed soul who showed us the way to match forward bearing her luminous torch high.
