MUSE Accelerates Move to Open Access with Publisher S2O Commitments
Leading humanities and social sciences platform Project MUSE announces that many of our university press and related scholarly publisher partners have already committed to participate in the launch of our Subscribe to Open (S2O) program for journals in 2025. Fifty journals from more than 20 publishers are confirmed for participation to date, with more expected to join before the end of the year.

MUSE 2024 Frontlist Collections Offer Fast Access to New Academic Books
The Annual Frontlist Collections from Project MUSE offer libraries the earliest access to newly-published books from the more than 200 university press and related scholarly publishers who participate in MUSE book collections. The 2024 collections are now available for purchase, with the Complete Annual Frontlist collection guaranteed to include over 2,300 new releases.

Project MUSE Expands Availability of Latin American University Press Books
Project MUSE will greatly expand the Spanish and Portuguese language book content on our platform, via partnerships with a large number of distinguished university presses from Latin America. New and recent backlist titles will be available to libraries worldwide through MUSE's DRM-free purchase models.
