What We Do?
We are a livescan fingerprinting provider who serves San Bernardino, Riverside and Orange Counties by providing digital fingerprinting and FD-258 ink hard cards.
Livescan Superprints is approved and certified by the DOJ of California (Department of Justice) and the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigations) to allow our certified and experienced fingerprint rollers to easily capture your fingerprints quickly, easily and accurately.

Corporate Accounts
We offer corporate accounts to companies and organizations who desire mobile services or have an ongoing need to send their people to our office to be fingerprinted.
Mobile services are available to any entity who has 8-10* people or more. At the request of the business or organization, we will come to the desired location and fingerprint, either digitally or on FD-258 cards.

Covid Protocols
Everyone entering our office location must wear a mask. Please DO NOT use hand sanitizer immediately before your visit to be live-scanned. We offer hand sanitizer to anyone who requests it after being fingerprinted.
For mobile services, companies requesting the mobile service must be an entity that requires mask wearing of its employees if our servicer is asked to administer printing services inside the building.
Due to the nature of the service, understand that social distancing is not possible while the fingerprinting process is taking place. However, social distancing will be enforced while in our waiting room.
The Livescan Process
Walk-ins are always welcome. No appointment is necessary. When
planning to come in for a livescan, all that is needed is the Request
for Livescan application, a mask and a valid ID. Acceptable ID forms include, state license or identification card, a temporary license with another form of picture ID, passport or resident card. For students who do not have a license, a picture school ID is sufficient.
If you have not received a Request for Livescan application from your potential employer, or organization, please request one from that potential employer or organization as this will help us categorize the application to the DOJ and/or FBI more precisely. If the potential employer does not have an application to give you, please call and inquire with us as we may have just the application you need.
Frequently Asked Questions.
Your prints are electronically sent to the DOJ and/or FBI. Each agency does their investigation of your background. Upon completion of that investigation, they send the results to whomever requested you to get the livescan.
Sometimes people don’t print well for various reasons. If you receive a rejection letter, bring that letter back to our office and we will reprint you for free. If you don’t have a copy of the letter, please obtain one as we cannot reprint you for free without it.
It is very important to watch your mail carefully to receive results. Most of the time, receiving them is no problem. If this happens, please contact us and we will look up what happened.
Results for the DOJ take 3-30 days. Results for the FBI take 7-10 days.

If no one is in our office, 10 minutes at most if your application is already filled out.

Only a picture ID is required.
You are welcome to bring FD-258 cards
with you or we can provide them to you.
